Prior to Kelvin Page coming to Cleveland in 2000, he served as pastor in Princeton, North Carolina, Denver, Colorado, and initially at the Kinser Church of God in East Cleveland. Souls finding Christ, exponential growth, expansion of properties and facilities have uniquely followed each of those assignments.

At each of these locations, he has been heavily involved in leadership and ministerial development. Mentoring young men and women who are preparing for leadership and ministry is one of his heartbeats.

Having served as pastor of churches ranging from 19 people to 1700 people has equipped him with the ability to relate to pastors in different seasons of their ministry. He currently serves on Tennessee Church of God State Ministerial Development Board, European Theological Seminary Board of Directors, Providence Senior Living Board of Directors, and Caring Place Board of Directors. He also serves as Co-Founder and President of U-Turn Institute as well as recently accepting the position of President of Operations Compassion International.

Kelvin is currently serving as the lead pastor of the Westmore Church of God. During his pastorate at Westmore, the congregation has doubled in size and its vision has rapidly expanded. A 175-acre golf course was purchased with the intent of building an intergenerational campus.

A vibrant youth facility was constructed along with recreational amenities. An active adult housing community has been established on the property along with an assisted living facility. A new ministry center was completed in 2020. The future vision is that people from all generations will find Christ, develop in Christ and be released in Christ to impact the world.

Pastor Kelvin is originally from White Cloud, Michigan where he met his wife, Debbie. They have three grown sons, 2 daughters in law, three grandsons and two granddaughter. He is an alum of Lee University and the Church of God Theological Seminary.
